The origin of Freemasonry is still perceived as a tangled web of mystery and opacity, due partly to the institution's use of ancient legendary history in its rituals and ceremonies, and to the loss of the early records of Masonic meetings, many of which may have been destroyed in the Great Fire of London in 1666.

It has been proposed that the order has roots in the Druids, Gnostics, Egyptian pharaohs, the mysteries of Isis and Osiris, Phoenicians, Dionysiac Artificers, Vedic Aryans, Zoroastrians, Rosicrucians, the Jewish Qabbalah, Hermeticism, Essenes, or the Crusades.

Freemasons are linked to numerous other rites, degrees, and orders collectively termed Masonic. Originally two words, Free Mason, the compound Freemason became standard by the nineteenth century. The term stands for "free and accepted mason," an accepted or "honorary" mason who is both freeborn (not bonded in servitude) and "free" from the original "operative" definition of masonry, the trade of stonecraft used to build churches and cathedrals throughout medieval Europe.

Freemasons are the workhorse of the New World Order, having infiltrated America's churches. Freemasons were instrumental in the creation of Communism, putting the lies of evolution into public schools, promoting the feminist and homosexual agendas, and producing a series of corrupt Bibles. Freemasonry seems to be involved in everything that is unholy, corrupt and destructive to America. Their goal is globalization.

Ku Klux Klan’s order is one of the most enduring mysteries. Emerging first as a brotherhood dedicated to paying tribute to the original Southern organization of the Reconstruction period, the Second Invisible Empire developed into a mass movement with millions of members that influenced politics and culture throughout the early 1920s. It is interesting to explore the nature of these fraternities, especially the overlap between the Klan and Freemasonry. <ref name=kkk></ref>

Although 1915 Klan organizer Colonel William Joseph Simmons was a freemason, he was also a member of the Knights of Pythias, the Odd Fellows, and eight other lodges. He is memorialized

Albert Pike has often been named as influential in the early Ku Klux Klan, being named in 1905 as "the chief judicial officer" of the Klan by a sympathetic historian of the early Klan, Walter Fleming. He was cited as the leader of the Arkansas Ku Klux Klan.

====Catholic Church====

On April 28, 1738, Clement promulgated his bull In Eminenti, which condemned Freemasonry, the beliefs and observances of which were considered pagan and unlawful. The Masons were often hostile to the church, and Clement threatened to excommunicate any Catholic who joined. Clement commented on the secrecy of Masonic lodges and the “host of grievous punishment” received when violating the oath of secrecy. The bull did not delve into many specific objections to Masonic practices but concluded, based on “certain knowledge and mature deliberations,” that “all prudent and upright men have passed the same judgment on them as being depraved and perverted.” <ref name=Ineminenti></ref>

Note: They might have banned Freemasons, however, the Catholics did hand the keys of the church over to the [[Agencies/Jesuits|Jesuits]] around the time of the Council of Trent, in the 1540's.

====Mormon Church====

The relationship between Mormonism and Freemasonry began early in the life of Joseph Smith, founder of the Latter Day Saint movement. Smith's older brother, Hyrum, and possibly his father, Joseph, Sr. were Freemasons while the family lived near Palmyra, New York. In the late 1820s, the western New York region was swept with anti-Masonic fervor.

Nevertheless, by the 1840s, Smith and several prominent Latter Day Saints had become Freemasons and joined the Masonic Lodge in Nauvoo, Illinois. Soon after joining Freemasonry, Smith introduced the temple endowment ceremony including a number of symbolic elements that were very similar to those in Freemasonry. Smith remained a Freemason until his death; however, later leaders in the movement have distanced themselves from Freemasonry. In modern times, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) has clarified in its Now You Know series that its members may become Freemasons.

====Seventh-day Adventist Church====

Some critics claim that the founders of Seventh-day Adventistim were Freemasons. They base this claim on what they believe to be the following evidence:

# William Miller, founder of Adventism, was a Free Mason;

# pictures of early Seventh-day Adventist leaders with the hidden hand or hand-in-jacket pose, which they say is a Masonic sign

# Ellen White’s use of phrases that can be found in Masonic literature

# Masonic logo used at Ellen White’s funeral

# The 1874 “Way of Life” lithograph, which contains an all-seeing-eye;

# James and Ellen White’s tombstones with the Masonic Egyptian obelisk.

====Jehovah Witnesses====

It's been said the Jehovah Witnesses [JW] are a demonic cult, founded by the false prophet Charles Taze Russell in 1874. Russell was a 33rd degree Freemason, a Satanic organization within an organization that founded many of today's mainstream false religions that masquerade as being Christian.
